I am getting a blood test on FRI to see where I am at with the vitamin
D, I think I need to up the dosage to get things back up to where it
needs to be. Apparently its a bigger problem for a lot of people.

You do realize that this may become your most popular post ever, don't you? Why? Because you've said what we all feel and live with every day, I believe. Every single person is motivated by fear. And you're right in seeing that we desperately need to change that to being motivated by love and mutual respect. You pretty nearly made me cry with this. You, Kristie, what the two of you do together for community far and wide as for friends near and close, are the X that marks the spot on the treasured friend map. We know you battle, Chris. We all battle. But you put your battle gear on day in and day out, and whether you're tilting at windmills or claiming new ground, you show up, you are who you are, and you're better and more inspiring for it.
