I’ve had similar problems with KP — they’re just so impersonal. It’s really a machine.
I go to http://www.metropolitan.md/ now. They specialize in giving personal attention to each of their patients.. they’re really the antithesis of KP, and are focused on the urban professional (ie. same day appts!). They also focus on more holistic methods to get you healthy. I would highly recommend them.
