Hi Ernie,

I'm looking to rent into a ski share house. I've never done it before. Its just me and maybe one of my kids – but most likely just me. I would like something where I pay to essentially get my own room, or at least be assured a bed in a clean, safe room, etc.. We have a great house in Tahoe Donner that we built 30 yrs. ago. It has a hot tub, pool table big screen tv. etc. We are thinking about opening it up to a shared ski lease to maybe 5 or 6 people for the season. Ernie 510-928-1177

Hey Chris……..the 2008 season is coming to a close and I’m already thinking about next year. I’ve been involved in ski leases for years now, but ours disbanded this year and I’m looking for another group to hook up with. so I’m putting it out there now, because before you know it winter will be back!

Ski Lease: Available: one bedroom sleeps 3. One queen. One futon. In Incline Village,if you are interested.Its Not open until December 1, 2007-April 30, 2008 or longer depending on the season. hi..too late this year..but looking for one for next year near Alpine or Squaw on North Shore. Where is your house? I have been apart of a ski lease before and it worked out great. I am clean, helpout and know to turn off water, down heat, clean garbage, upafter myself etc. Hope to have a place to leave skis/snowboard/sleeping bag/smallduffle..happy to meet the group..live in San Jose typically drive up Fri, ski or board out by 7am back by 5, eat sleep repeat (haha)..leave from Mt on Sunday afternoon..if that sound ok by ya’ll please call me 408-887-7107..waited too long this year and had a bad time finding lodging
